Even though I'm not a religous person there is something I very much admire about the beliefs in Buddhism. Dukkah, Anicca, & Anattaa are words from the buddist vocabulary in "The Noble Truths". The meaning of these words have helped me get through rough times in everyday life and might for you too!
Dukkah: Suffering or Unsatisfied
This basically means that life is always going to be filled with complications and pain and instead of fearing unpleseant emotions like sadness, anixety, and boredom, or trying to avoid problems, we have to face them with understanding and accept these things in order to be able to embrace the good things in life.
Anicca: Life is Impermanent
Anicca is to describe how life is constantly changing. Pain and happiness will always come and go. Embrace every moment of it. Nothing bad will last forever so stay calm, but nothing good will either so stay aware.
Anattaa: Your "self" is Impermanent
You will never wake up the same person you were yesterday. Your thoughts, cells, weight, beliefs, knowledge is constantly growing and changing. Get used to adapting to new and different things.
